Over Mothers day weekend my sisters, mom, Aunt Jean and I decided to start and annual girls weekend trip! :) it was sooooooooooo soooooooooo sooooooooooooooo much fun! we went to san diego and went to Sea World, the beach and a few other places. it was a blast. Little Ashlynn is 3 now, and she loved sea world. we all did i know, but it was fun to watch her little expressions. her main thing that she wanted to see, were the sharks. hahah it was so funny. sharks are scary, but thats all that she wanted to see! it was a blast, i can't wait until next year when we go somewhere new! it is a weekend that i know i am definitely looking forward to!

My Best Friend is home!

it is sooooooooo awesome to have my best friend back. Amy served her mission in various parts of California, but her mission was the Sacramento, California mission. I missed her so much. but i am so proud of her. she is an awesome example to me. and i can't thank her enough for the great person she pushes me to be. :) i love her so much!!!!!

Me and my best Bud Amy

My best friend Amy returned home from her mission in March of this year! it is so nice to have her back. i missed her dearly! she is a very close friend of mine. our families have been friends since before the beginning! HAHA. i love the olson family very much. they are my second family. anywho, i was fortunate enough to be Amy's "date" for the quick trip to Disneyland this year. Every year the Olson family gets on a bus at midnight from St. George UT and we travel all night and when we wake up we are at disneyland/california adventure. We are there all day until midnight again, when we depart back to Ut. It was such a crazy-exciting-fun trip! there were a lot of laughs. some which came from Amy and I chasing the cartoon characters around so that we could take pictures with them. another highlight was going on the rollercoaster with Ty and Nicole. i am glad that they too are Rollercoaster-thrill-seeking people like me! it was such a fun memory. thanks to the Jeff and Sharon for letting me go with you guys!

out of the green....and into the green? :)

during the summers i work for the Forest Service as an information receptionist. to sum it up i work in the office all day, and deal with the public, answer phones and questions, sell stuff and do office work. its not a bad job at all, and i love my boss! she is so amazing! i think that sometimes though i distract her with too many of my stories! ahha, but i love Lori she is a great friend to me and i share a lot of my life with her!!! ANYWAYS, my job is not bad at all, no complaints here. however, it is a bummer that i am always in the office and never out in the forest. well lucky for me i work with my dad, so yesterday i was fortunate enough to take the day off from the office and try working in the field for a change! hence the title, out of my green uniform i have to wear and into the green forest. :) hahah! lame attempt at a joke?
it was so gorgeous! i love being in the mountains! i was able to take a few awesome pictures while we were out! it was such an awesome day with my dad! we had a lot of fun together! i love him so much!!!! he took me to all of the projects that he is in charge of, and we covered A LOT of ground! my dads job is very complex, and it was a good learning experience for me to see what he does virtually everyday! it gives me alot of respect for him! it was a great time! i even saw a ROCK CHUCK! i thought that it was pretty sweet! thanks for the GRRRRREAT day dad! i sure love you! :) :)
